United Adjustment Service has been a family owned collection agency for 35 years. In 1980, my grandfather had an idea to start his own business. That idea became a reality when he moved to Southern Illinois and started United Adjustment Services, Inc.  My father and grandfather ran the business for many years. In 2002, after serving our country, I came back to Southern Illinois. I decided to start working for our family business. I became the office manager and always managed with the customer service being our main focus. In 2012, I became in the CEO of United Adjustment Service, Inc. I am very proud to carry on my fathers and grandfathers legacy.

Throughout the years, and still to this day, the business has thrived because of our basic principles. My grandfather and father were always customer service orientated. I continue to strive for the highest level of customer service in the industry. We always treat individuals with care, dignity and the upmost professionalism.
